“Feeding A Great Need” Campaign

Jan 11—Collections bins placed at Kroger, 4270 Summer Avenue and Kroger, 2942 Kirby Whitten Blvd.
Jan 11 – February 11 - Weekly and/or Nightly campaign messaging on Channels 3, 5, 13, 24 during weather promoting Scouting for Food campaign.
Jan 23 - Feb 11 - CBS Outdoors will be running Digital Billboards to promote SFF campaign.
Feb 6 – 7 - Collection bags placed at doorsteps of local residents by Pack/Troops
Feb 11 - Scouts pick up bags from doorsteps between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm.
Feb 11, 8:00 am – 1:00 pm - Scouts bring collected bags to Scout Office, 171. South Hollywood,                
      or  (Kroger) 2942 Kirby Whitten, or (Kroger) 4270 Summer Ave.
February 11,  8:00 am-12:00 pm  - Scouts needed to promote in front of following Kroger’s at 4270 Summer and
         2942 Kirby Whitten. Cans brought to Scout Office by 1:00 pm.
February 11th 1:00 -3:00 pm - Media Coverage at Scout Office, ALL cans should be dropped off by 2:00 pm
February 11th 3:00-5:00 pm - Canned goods brought to Mid-South Food Bank.

2012 GOAL = 75,000 lbs collected
